Teachers Play an Important Role

The League wants to give teachers the information and tools to help their students bicycle safely. We will be offering a Safe Routes to School Train the Trainers course for teachers and school administration through our national network of League Cycling Instructors (LCI). This course will give participants the skills to teach students the basics of the League's middle school bicycle and pedestrian safety curriculum. (Coming Summer 2006) Please use the search tool on this site to find a LCI in your area.
