The office is well equipped for bikes, including maintenance tools and a shower in the office. When the building was first built, they constructed bike parking slots into the drywall. They also requested and received bike racks outside of their office. Between their two employees, they own 10 bikes! They not only bike to and from work, but during work hours to run errands, go to meetings, and pick up lunch.
