Business Highlights: TTR Bikes is a one-stop shop for the bike of your choice, bike advocacy, and a bike education class. Employees at this small but influential shop are dedicated to making bicycling convenient, safe, and fun for not only themselves but for the entire Greenville community.  Both employees are active in local bike advocacy groups and worked to achieve Bicycle Friendly Community status for the town of Greenville. The location for TTR Bikes was chosen based on accessibility by bike, directly off of the Swamp Rabbit Trail. They support the community and its trail in many ways, one of which is by financially sponsoring a section of it. TTR also sponsors multiple Bike Month events and participates in even more. There is an employee fleet of bikes, organized social rides, a guaranteed ride home program, repair station, ample secure bike parking, and regular distribution of bike safety material. Both employees ride the majority of the week and qualify for the Bike Commuter Tax Benefit offered by the store. TTR Bikes has connected their business firmly with the community- with government, advocacy organizations, and the local bicycle club, to promote bicycles as an increasing part of their lifestyle and the community’s transportation and leisure options.
