There is secure bike parking, on-site lockers and showers, a bike repair station, and a dedicated bike maintenance person. The shop sits in an ideal location for commuting - directly on the Rivergreenway, the main trail system throughout Fort Wayne.  Employees sponsor and maintain a portion of the trail system as official 'rangers'. The business serves on the Fort Wayne Bike Summit group to help decide future plans for the city such as bike lanes, trail extensions and maintenance, and rack placements. In addition, they sponsor events promoting commuting and cycling. Weekly rides are offered, which partner experienced team members with new riders to help them learn rules of the road and be more comfortable with their leisure rides, commuting or racing. Quarterly classes are offered focusing on commuting, repairs and maintenance. Guests are offered the option of pedicab transport from the shop while their bike is being worked on.
