Business Highlights: For Colle+McVoy, bikes have become part of the culture. Colle + McVoy has bicycle themed department meetings, such as unicycle meeting month. For Bike To Work Day, Colle + McVoy organizes a commuter challenge, a CEO led ride and provides employees with breakfast and prizes. During Bike Month, they host maintenance clinics and distribute bicycling information. They have a fleet of 10 company bikes of all different styles - cruisers, BMXs and old road bikes—to support all types of riding. Their space allows these bikes to be ridden around inside the building, and this is encouraged! Colle+McVoy branded bike jerseys for riders to wear during bike races. They provide covered, secure bike parking as well as showers, locker room and bike maintenance supplies in the office. There are route maps available for all employees to help them find a safe way to and from work. They promote a lot of local bicycling information and events through the company twitter feed. Most recently, 8 employees donated their entire Saturday to staff the People for Bikes tent at a local Tour de Fat event in Minneapolis - to help encourage event attendees to sign the pledge.

Most Compelling Bike Related Accomplishment: They’ve invested time, money and resources to Bikes Belong to help them create, launch and manage their first rider outreach program - peopleforbikes.org. Peopleforbikes.org is trying to get one million people to sign a pledge for better biking in America - to talk to policy makers and the national media - to tell them biking is important and needs to be supported.
