Business Highlights: Casteel & Associates offers bicycles at no or sometimes very low cost for employees to ride while they are employed. They are able to use these bikes for commuting or any other riding. The company also subsidizes TS 101 for interested employees. Casteel’s manager chairs the Government Relations Committee of BikeDFW, is a BikeDFW Board Member, is on the City of Dallas Bicycle Advisory Committee, and is on the City of Dallas Trail Safety Advisory Committee.  There are onsite lockers and showers, complimentary maintenance supplies such as tools, pumps, and tubes, and a dedicated bike maintenance person to help support commuters. The business celebrates Bike Month with a CEO led ride and other social rides throughout the month. They sponsor a community bike event and distribute bicycling information to employees.
