For their employees, the business offers the commuter tax benefit for bicyclists, is located on a bike route system and is accessible by trail. The Café is a family run, socially responsible company, which offers discounts to customers who arrive on a bike. They advocate for healthy living and alternative transportation by advocating for pro biking laws and bike lanes.  The business delivers local lunch deliveries by bicycle.  They also refurbish and donate bikes to students in the Science, Technology, and Culture program in North St. Louis.  There are bike education classes on safe riding and maintenance, a CEO led ride to celebrate Bike to Work Day, and group rides throughout the week.
