All events take place at the Ronald Reagan Building & International Trade Center, except Thursday's meetings and reception, both of which are on Capitol Hill. The agenda below is current as of December 2008.

5 P.M.: State Delegation Coordination

6:30 P.M.: League of American Bicyclists Annual Meeting

Thursday, MARCH 12

8 A.M.: Breakfast and Rally on Capitol Hill
Congressional meetings throughout the day (The League will coordinate these meetings)

5 P.M.: Congressional Reception & Summit Wrap Up
