All Day National Bike Rally participants arrive in Tucson, Ariz.

4 p.m. – 9 p.m. El Tour Expo Open – check-in with LAB Tucson Convention Center in Downtown Tucson

5 p.m. – 9 p.m. Dinner on Your Own in Downtown Tucson
(restaurant list & map to be provided)

Thursday, November 15:

6 a.m. – 8 a.m.
Breakfast on your own (Downtown Tucson)

8 a.m. – 9 a.m.
Rally check-in (Tucson Convention Center)

9 a.m. – 10 a.m.
Welcome & El Tour Orientation (Tucson Convention Center)

10:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Bike Rally Tour (choose one of six options) (El Tour Start Line)

12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Wellness Conference and EXPO (Tucson Convention Center) Rally cyclists completing tours prior to 2 p.m. may attend any of the El Tour Wellness Conference El Tour EXPO seminars beginning every hour on the hour from TCC Lower Level –
12 p.m. through 5:00 pm daily or visit El Tour Expo Halls B & C
to pick up El Tour Rider Packet.

6:30 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.
El Tour Dedication Dinner and Celebrity Cocktail Hour

7:15 pm – 9:15 pm El Tour Dedication Dinner

6:50 a.m. – 6:55 a.m. National Anthem

6:59 am – 7 a.m. El Tour Bell Program by Ben’s Bells

7 a.m. Start of 25th El Tour de Tucson 109-mile event

9 a.m. Start of Kids & Family Fun Ride

9 a.m. Start of 82-mile El Tour event Pima College East (approximately 20 miles away from Finish Line) Irvington, west of Houghton

10:30 a.m. Start of 66-mile El Tour event Sabino Canyon Road and (approximately 20 miles away from Finish Line) Tanque Verde

11 a.m. – 6 p.m. Bike Rally Hospitality Area Open El Tour Downtown Fiesta El Tour Finish Area in Downtown Tucson

11:15 a.m. First 109-mile finisher expected
