BikeEd 2007

June 14-16, 2007, Omni Austin Hotel Downtown,
Austin, Texas

Register today!

For nearly 30 years, the League has delivered quality bicycling education programs that give riders the skills and confidence necessary to operate in today’s traffic. Our national network of more than 950 certified instructors teach curricula based on the simple principle that the bicycle is a vehicle and bicyclists have the same rights and responsibilities as motorists.

The BikeEd 2007 Conference (formerly known as the Bicycle Education Leaders Conference) is the only national conference dedicated to the critical topic of bicycle safety and education: If you teach bicycle safety, you should be in Austin, June 14-16.

The conference is a great opportunity to network with and learn from your peers and to brush up on your teaching techniques. The program includes informative workshops on sharing best practices, improving the marketing and appeal of BikeEd, reaching diverse audiences, and reaching educators in your community.

Join with us in working to dramatically increase the number of people that benefit from bicycle education programs – tens of millions of drivers, bicyclists, and potential bicyclists have yet to receive any formal bicycle safety education and training. We need your experience and participation to get the job done.

Thanks to our friends at the Texas Bicycle Coalition we are able to offer FREE loaner bikes to 50 attendees. Please sign up for the conference before we run out!
