Traffic Skills 101 @ Lincoln St. Center Pt. 3 of 4

Description: Partnering with the Hillsboro Parks & Recreation District's evening programs, the League Cycling Instructors will be conducting Smart Cycling classes for folks 14 and up. Each week we will cover another topic and, after 4 sessions will include the most basic information (and more) for you to ride confidently on our roads while being safe. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This week: Enjoying the Ride Here we'll learn cadence and power output, shifting gears, anticipating change, nutrition and hydration, trail etiquette and group ride instruction and how to "Share the Road" with motorists.
