Traffic Skills 101 @ Lincoln St. Center Pt. 2 of 4Date: Wednesday Mar 3, 2010 6-8PM Description: Partnering with the Hillsboro Parks & Recreation District's evening programs, the League Cycling Instructors will be conducting Smart Cycling classes for folks 14 and up. Each week we will cover another topic and, after 4 sessions will include the most basic information (and more) for you to ride confidently on our roads while being safe. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This week: Bicycling in Traffic Topics include Principles of Traffic Law, Changing Lanes Safely, Crash Statistics, Prevention & Avoidance and some handy avoidance maneuver to practice so you can have an safe ride.
