TRAFFIC SKILLS 101 Part 1Date: Sunday December 6th and Sunday December 13th Description: Traffic Skills 101 is a fast-paced, nine-hour course that prepares cyclists for a full understanding of vehicular cycling. The course covers everything from A to Z such as bike anatomy, parts identification, adjusting your bike fit, pre-ride bicycle safety check, routine maintenance, adjusting brakes and derailleurs, tire and tube flat fix, skills and crash avoidance techniques, and the principles of traffic law, local and state. This course gives you the confidence you need to ride safely and legally in traffic or on the trail. Recommended for all adults and children above the age of fourteen(accompanied by parent). Registration includes both part 1 & 2 and a student manual.
