SmartCycling: Street Skills 101

Date: Part 3 of 3: Sunday, July 26, 2009, 10am-2pm

Fee: $65 + $10 material fee

Description: The course concludes with a 4 - 6 mile bike ride on local streets where students are evaluated on vehicular riding techniques and given constructive feedback to encourage safe and legal cycling habits in live traffic situations. In addition, students will take a written exam to test their knowledge of the material. A certificate of completion will be given to students with a passing score of 80% on both the written and road tests.
