Women's Urban Cycling I

Date: Saturday April 4, 2009, 10am-2pm

Description: This class is geared for women and taught by women. Learn how to use your bike to its full potential, ride on the road with traffic, change lanes and get through intersections. Learn riding strategies and safety maneuvers for avoiding falls. This class is meant to empower women with the knowledge and skill to travel on their bike independently with confidence. Helmet and bike in good working order are required. Class based on the League of American Bicyclists curriculum and includes both classroom and on-bike instruction.
