Urban Cycling II

Description: An extension of Urban Cycling I, this class will include more on-bike lessons of safety maneuvers, and an on-road course which will allow each cyclist to practice traffic skills and riding strategies learned in class. Also on-bike practice of techniques for avoiding falls: emergency stops, rock dodges and quick turns. Helmet and bike in good working order are required. Class is based on League of American Bicyclist’s curriculum and includes classroom and on-bike instruction.
