The first two hours of the course will be in the classroom and will cover general information about cycling, signaling, cycling safety, road positioning and turning safely. There will be time for questions and answers. We will then go outside to play, covering topics such as choosing the correct bike, fitting your bike and basic mechanical checks to perform before your ride. Following a short lunch break, we will continue with on-bike skills work, including practicing emergency maneuvers, and on-road vehicular cycling practice.
