Spring into Summer Lake

Description: This class A/B15 mile ride brings us south and east as we visit our neighbor city, Tigard, via the Fanno Creek Park Trail, to Summer Lake and return. The wildife areas, like the lake and the District's own Wildwood park reveal air, land and aquatic life that abounds in the area. ************************************************ Join us for a series of free bicycle rides through the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District (THPRD) parks led by WashCo BTC Director and League of American Bicyclists certified cycling instructor, Hal Ballard. Most rides start and end at the Nature Park, are suitable for all levels of bicyclists and are escorted by experienced cyclists. Stops at any of the parks are made on request. ANSI or SNELL approved helmets required, water recommended. For more information, call the Interpretive Center at 503.644.5595. Most rides start at 11 AM to about 1 PM on the 2nd Sunday of each month.
