You're absolutely right. They want them. Poor folks don't want to ride bikes. I'm a Community Organizer... I know these communities, this is not my opinion. In Eastern Cities, you'll see lots of Latino men riding around on beat up mountain bikes. Look at their faces: they aren't having fun doing it. Sad but true.
