		<description>The only reason the rivers of bicycles exist is because they couldn&#039;t afford cars. You&#039;re absolutely right. They want them. Poor folks don&#039;t want to ride bikes. I&#039;m a Community Organizer... I know these communities, this is not my opinion.

In Eastern Cities, you&#039;ll see lots of Latino men riding around on beat up mountain bikes. Look at their faces: they aren&#039;t having fun doing it. Sad but true.</description>
