Airport & Transit to Hotels

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport

Airport bus: The Cap Metro transit system runs buses from/to the airport and downtown. There are two buses that stop at the lower level of the airport. The 100 bus goes downtown (about every 40 minutes all day) and the 350 bus goes north.

Super Shuttle: The base rate is $12.00 one way or $21 roundtrip. We have set up a special rate so if you reserve in advance on-line, then print and bring this PDF with you, then you can save a couple of dollars.

• Taxi: Austin’s cab companies have been consolidating so you don’t have much choice. The standard fare from the airport to downtown runs about $30 one way.

Traveling by car

If you are driving to Austin and want to keep your car close, most of the hotels have ground level or garage parking. All of the events will take place at or near the Omni Downtown so you will be able to park your car and walk or ride most everywhere.

Bike Storage

The Omni has a room to store bikes that will be locked and guarded on the main floor.

Getting Around

Austin Interactive Map

By bus: The “Dillo” is a free downtown shuttle bus that goes right past the hotel and covers most of downtown in one form or another…there are four different Dillo lines that will get you close to where you want to go.

By bike: Visit the Austin Cycling Association’s website, and click here to see the Austin bike map.
